1. What is Hi-Speed Browser?

Hi-Speed Browser will bring you many websites faster than ever before.Web pages can load up to five times faster. This will make surfing the internet much more enjoyable for you.

2. Will Hi-Speed Browser make my downloads faster?

Hi-Speed Browser will not change the speed of any downloads you get over the internet. You will still download movies, games, sound files and programs at the same speed as before. The Hi-Speed Browser will greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to load the webpages.

3. Is it hard to use the Hi-Speed Browser?

Hi-Speed Browser is very simple to use. You must change only a few settings in your Internet Explorer or Netscape web browser to begin using the Hi-Speed Browser.

4. How do I become eligible for Hi-Speed Browser?

All Crystal Wind dialup customers are eligible to use the Hi-Speed Browser. This new feature will only be offered to our customers.

5. Will Hi-Speed Browser cost more money?

The Hi-Speed Browser will not cost you more money.
This is our way of saying thank you for supporting Crystal Wind during the years we have been providing internet access to Citrus County (since 1995!).

6. Do I have to use the Hi-Speed Browser?

You do not have to use Hi-Speed Browser. In fact, you may use the Hi-Speed Browser then go back to surfing the web without the Hi-Speed feature at anytime, simply by reversing the steps you took to enable it.

7. Will I have to download and install any programs for Hi-Speed Browser?

Hi-Speed Browser can be set up on your Internet Explorer or Netscape web browser with a few simple commands. The setup for Hi-Speed Browser takes less than five minutes. You will not be required to download or install anything to your computer.

8. When will I be able to get Hi-Speed Browser?
